PURPOSE: To prevent a malfunction from occurring that an electric field owing to the slitter face of the electrode foil of a capacitor is not buffered but functions to an inductor layer as it is. CONSTITUTION: In a laminated structure 10 of an oil-impregnated capacitor element exhibiting such a structure that metallic foil electrodes 12, 13 with one of widthwise edges K and both front and rear ends G folded are respectively laminated on both faces of an inductor layer 11 with a plurality of thin inductors laminated so that the other edges of the electrodes 12, 13 protrude from the inductor layer 11, folds of the front and rear ends G of each of the metallic foil electrodes 12, 13 are folded with a predetermined gradientθso that a folded width L at an edge is wider than a folded width (l) at the other edge.
