PURPOSE: To save power when a slave set makes intermittent reception and to reduce a time till establishment of a link. CONSTITUTION: A mode of a limited channel scanning is provided in addition to a full channel scanning. When the channel scanning is limited, a master set 10 makes transmission scanning by a channel group decided by a prescribed method as a start point of a precedingly used channel and the reception scanning is performed intermittently by the same group in a slave set 11. Thus, not all channels but a part of channels are scanned, then the operating time of a receiver of the slave set 11 during one period is small and a battery is saved. Furthermore, when crosstalk or the like is in existence during talking, the operating channel is switched and then the succeeding channel group is revised. |
