PURPOSE: To execute accurate control by detecting whether or not an operator continuously exists after inputting a user code and releasing the user code in the case of detecting that the operator does not exist after finishing forming an image. CONSTITUTION: A user code decision part 5 decides whether or not the user code inputted from a user code input means is recorded in a user information recording part 3. A user state detection part 9 detects whether or not a human body detection signal is continuously outputted from a human body detecting sensor 8 after the decision means 5 decides that the inputted user code is recorded. A control part 10 releases the inputted user code when the detection part 9 detects that the detection of the human body is not continued after finishing forming the image. Then, an input control part 6 inhibits the acceptance of input from the input means other than the user code input means when a signal showing that the operator does not exist is outputted from the sensor 8 in the midst of performing image forming operation. |
