PURPOSE: To provide a ceramic discharge lamp in which the separation of a glass bonding agent and the generation of a crack can be prevented and the leakage of enclosure chemicals from a sealing part can be prevented, its lighting device and a lighting system using it. CONSTITUTION: This is a ceramic discharge lamp in which a through-hole 2 is formed in the end part wall 1a of an arc tube 1, a conductor body 3 with an electrode 9 fitted to line tip is inserted into the through-hole and the conductor body is airtightly connected to the inner surface of the through-hole. Where the distance of a joint part by a glass bonding agent 4 is Lmm, the temperature of a joint end surface is T deg.C, the average thickness of the bonding agent is X (μm) and the average layer thickness of a crystalline layer generated in the glass bonding agent is Y (μm), 1.0<=L<=5.0, -30L+630<=T<=-30L+1030, 70<=X<=110 and 0.5X-25<=Y<=0.5X+30.
