FRAME FOR PLACEMENT SAUSAGES FOR THERMAL TREATMENT

FIELD: food industry; meat packing industry. SUBSTANCE: frame has vertical pillars joined together in pairs to form sides. The pillars are rigidly interconnected at the upper and lower parts to provide as much as possible room for placement of trays. Guiding bars are horizontally secured on each side of the frame at a constant pitch of 2D(Dis maximum sausage diameter). The trays are big-cellular structures of cross and longitudinal pieces of wire rigidly joined together to form a strong framework shaped (front view) as an inverted trapezium with holding racks at the top for placement in the guiding bars. The framework is rectangular in cross view. The frame is provided with rigid bridges with sockets for sticks for hanging sausages. The bridges are rigidly attached to the pillars horizontally in pairs so that the sausages are placed in two or three tiers.
