摘要 FIELD: lighter-than air craft, underwater-moving craft and surface-moving displacement transportation and production craft; reduction of resistance of wind motor with propeller in wind tunnel and in other devices. SUBSTANCE: used as static wind and water propeller is cone ring whose cross section is formed by multi-slotted or combined profile; formation of attached flow at required angle of attack is unsured due to rounded-off head portion of wind-driven craft (lighter-than air craft) and under-water-moving transportation and production craft or head portion of underwater fore bulb of surface water-propelled displacement-type transportation and production craft. Axial component of lift force of such aero- or hydrodynamic ring is directed in way of motion of craft and acts as thrust. Use of multi-slotted or combined profile for aero- or hydrodynamic profile makes it possible to obtain such thrust of propeller in self-similarity mode of motion which exceeds resistance forces of craft as a whole and to ensure motion only due to static propeller in entire range of speed of self-similarity mode of motion. Maximum speed of motion in this mode is limited at the following levels: - 650 to 900 km/h for wind-driven craft by beginning of shock waves one surfaces of ring and hull, i.e. arising of shock-wave drag; - 80 km/h and higher for underwater-moving craft by beginning of cavitation process on surface of propeller; - standard speed for surface-moving craft due to development of shock-wave drag and cavitation. Minimum speed of beginning of self-similarity mode is ensured by additional controllable-pitch screw propeller- engine driven by additional engine. Excessive power of static propeller at speeds close to limiting levels is introduced inside craft and is used for production of hydrogen and oxygen due to water electrolysis, liquefaction of electrolysis products and keeping them in liquefied state before discharge. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
