摘要 FIELD: hysteresigraphs. SUBSTANCE: magnetooptical hysteresigraph has magnetizing system 1 accommodating specimen holder 2 carrying measured specimen 3. Magnetizing system is located inside vacuum chamber 4 of nonmagnetic material with evacuating system 5 and quartz windows 6. Connected to magnetizing system 1 through vacuum-type current leads 7 are output of magnetizing current source 8 and converter 9 of magnetic field into electric signal. Accommodated in chamber 4 is also ion gun 10 to which power supply unit 11 and gas supply system 12 are connected. Hysteresigraph also has radiation source 13 which is optically connected with photodetector 17 through polarizer 14, first vacuum window 6, holder 2 of specimen 3, second vacuum window, modulation-compensation cell 15 and analyzer 16. Successively connected to photodetector 17 is synchronous detector 18 whose input of reference signal is connected with input of d.d. amplifier 20. Output of d.d. amplifier 20 is connected with compensation winding of modulation- compensation cell 15. Connected to compensation winding of modulation- compensation cell is reference resistor 21. Hysteresigraph also has data acquisition system 22 and computer 23. Data acquisition system 22 is connected to system busbar of computer 23 and connects computer with hysteresigraph units controlled by it. System 22 has logic output 24, analog inputs 25 and 26 and analog output 27. Connected to analog inputs 25 and 26 of system 22 are, respectively, outputs of reference resistor 21 and converter 9. Connected to analog output of system 22 is input of magnetizing current source 8, and connected to logic output 24 of system 22 is unit 11 of ion gun supply. Ion gun is located so that its longitudinal axis runs through point of incidence of light beam on the surface of specimen holder and makes an angle of 30-60 deg relative to the holder surface. Magnetooptical hysteresigraph allows investigation of magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials by their thickness. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
