FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, solid metallurgical slags processing in particular, method is used for metals extraction from slag mass and in production of roads paving materials from slag mass process products. SUBSTANCE: aim is to achieve high degree of metal extraction from slag and produce good roads paving mixture with good technological properties providing high operational characteristics of road pavement. Aim is realized due to the fact, that method of metallurgical slags processing with usage of benefication provides for two stages of crushing, size screening and dry magnetic separation carried out by magnet and separator. Dry magnetic separation carried out by separator separates magnetic part of slag mass, large size fraction of which is fed back to second stage of crushing and small size fraction is ground by ball grinder and goes to wet separation. Nonmagnetic part of slag mass large size fraction goes to storage and nonmagnetic part of slag mass small size fraction goes to classifier for dust-shape particles separation, that are fed for wet magnetic separation. Dust-free part of nonmagnetic slag mass small size fraction goes to storage. EFFECT: improved process. |
