The device includes a CPU(25) for performing operation and maintenance service of narrow band ISDN, analyzing and generating a C/I code, detecting and displaying an alarm of LOS and LOF, a frame arraying means(21) for providing 155M multiplex device(14) with 2B+D Cv1 channel information of monitor(4), a Cv1 controlling means(23) for analyzing data to the frame arraying means(21), a PCM controlling means(22) for generating interruption signal, and S binding means(24) for binding a signal transmission.
