Synthesized compounds can be used for treatment hyperproliferative skin diseases, for example, psoriasis and as agents for neoplasma treatment (breast cancer), as agents for tumor treatment (leukosis), as agents for lipid glands treatment (acnes, seborrhea dermatitis). Compounds of the formula (I)were synthesized by removing silyl-protecting groups in the corresponding compounds with silyl-protecting hydroxy-groups. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
