摘要

FIELD: production of paint and varnish materials on the base of polymer film-forming binders. SUBSTANCE: proposed dye contains epoxy binder, carbon-containing filler, hardening agent and organic solvent within definite ranges. Mixture of graphite and carbon black at their mass ratio 0.1-1.0 is used as mentioned above carbon-containing filler. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
