SUBSTANCE: main explosive charge 4, means of initiation of stemming of loose material, locking charge 9 in stemming are placed in the deep-hole, and air gap 6 is formed between the main explosive charge and stemming; additional air gap 8 with a height equal to 0.5 to 1.0 of the locking charge in the lower part of stemming 7; the height of the lower part of stemming 7 is selected to be 2-3 times less than the height of the upper part of stemming 12.
