FIELD: antifriction bearings with solid lubricant. SUBSTANCE: antifriction bearing has inner and outer races provided with chutes with raceways, cage, and bodies of revolution arranged in raceways between separating elements of cage; scrapers for motion of powder of solid lubricant are also arranged in chute at spaced relation. Innovation of invention: bodies of revolution are made integral with cage which is free to move radially and axially. Scrapers which are also made of solid antifriction material, mainly cast iron. Circular chamber of chute is brought in communication with washer-like chamber over entire circle. Washer-like layer of adhesive possessing repeated bonding properties is located in washer-like chamber. EFFECT: simplification of bearing construction. |
