FIELD: ceramics and china production, apparatuses of wet magnetic separation used for magnetic substances-bearing impurities separation from suspensions, slips, drosses, glass enamel, etc. SUBSTANCE: U-shaped permanent magnets are used as magnetic circuits for electrical magnets under matched direction of their magnetic fluxes. Coils of magnetization are mounted on similar poles of two permanent magnets so, that the magnets form W-shaped magnetic circuit with opened magnetic system directed to chute bottom. In the case each permanent magnet is tightly pressed to chute bottom from below by adjusting screws. The structure of separator allows to increase effectiveness of separation, to avoid permanent magnets demagnetizing, to decrease consumption of steel used for magnetic circuit and copper used for magnetizing coils production, to decrease consumption of electrical power. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of separation, decreased consumption of steel, copper and electrical power. |
