The figure shows a heating installation with a circulation pump (1), circuit (2), a heater (4) with valve (3), pump inlet (6), pump outlet (5) and the pump driving motor (11). The absolute pressure pickup (7) passes the actual value of this pressure along data line (8) to the regulator (10) for the motor, while the required value of the head is sent along the data line (9). The motor revs. are varied so that the difference in the absolute pressure for the working state and the non-working state remains the same during normal operations.
