FIELD: production of paper. SUBSTANCE: method for aerodynamic production of paper includes, first, preparation of aerosuspension based on dry cellulose-containing fibers in which ability of formation of paper sheet is restored by preliminary treatment. Air for aerosuspension is used saturated with water within the temperature range of 15075 C. After formation of ingredients suspended in aerosuspension on the wire table in form of layer, the latter shall contain cellulose-containing natural fibers with moisture content of 20-35 mas.%. After additional moistening of the layer, it is pressed and dried. Pressing is carried out with pressure of 50-400 kg/sq.cm and temperature of 110-220 C. Drying is accomplished by conventional method. As a result, product is obtained whose mechanical and physical properties satisfy the requirements to the products of similar kinds produced up to now by formation from water suspensions. Economic effect derives from the fact that no water is used for production of suspension and, as result, no sewage is formed and no expenditures for its treatment. Method is applicable, first of all, in arid regions and thickly populated territories because it is ecologically clean. EFFECT: higher efficiency in production of indicated kinds of paper and cardboard at the rate of 200-2800 m/min from aerosuspension. |
