FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: corrugations of the bent profile are cut through with lengthwise and crosswise cuts excluding ribs adjoining the outer shelves. Extension of the lengthwise cuts is similar on each side of the crosswise cut and is adequate to angles of framing the panel. V-shaped notch is originated by cur edge folds outside or inside along the lines that connect the apexes of the cuts. The profile bend is made along the line of the crosswise cut until the folds are made coincident and rigidly interconnected. Besides, not less than two V-shaped cuts are made along profile length. End sections of the profile are cut through along corrugation ribs, excluding the ribs adjoining the outer shelves, up to the same depth and folded outside or inside to form bevelled faces. As this takes place the length of lengthwise cuts of the corrugations is predetermined such that the folds of profile faces be opposite to each other to form polygonal ring. Folded away cut ends are provided with coaxial holes used to tighten portions of the bent profile to each other. EFFECT: simplified making, decreased material consumption. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
