FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: sensors are installed in housing of cardboard filtering element which instantaneously indicate violation of tightness. Use of device with sensors makes it possible to prevent sucking of abrasive dust into engine and thus increase engine service life, decrease fuel consumption and improve ecological characteristics of exhaust gases. EFFECT: instantaneous indication of violation of tightness of intake manifold in service. |
