The device is for controlling the fringe and the quantity of light required to projecting images by the charge coupled device(CCD) with the liquid crystal switching(LCS). The device comprises: a LCS device(10) for controlling the quantity of light by the selection of the cell and the voltage and for penetrating the light as a shape of character and fringe; a y-decoder(11) for applying the y-axis direction driving voltage of the LCS device; an x-decoder(12) for applying the x-axis direction driving voltage of the LCS device; an amplification gain controlling device(13) for controlling the amplification gains of the cells among the LCS(10), the y-decoder(11) and the x-decoder(12); a pattern generator(14) for generating the patterns in the y-decoder(12) and in the x_decoder(11).
