The collector apron (32) has a central opening (43) and covers the base of the foam mortar block (2). The foam mortar block protrudes through the central opening. The collector apron can be lifted up so that it hangs between the edge of its central opening and its outer rim (30). The edge of the central opening can be lowered in relation to the outer rim of the collector apron to form a funnel through the central opening. The edge of the central opening and outer rim are suspended from a hoist (12,15,16,21,24).
