发明名称 METHOD FOR UNDERGROUND CLARIFICATION OF CIRCULATING WATER AND DEWATERING OF COAL SLUDGE
摘要 FIELD: mining; particular, dewatering of minerals and clarification of process water; applicable, both in underground coal mining by hydraulic and mechanohydraulic methods, and on the surface, in opencast mining. SUBSTANCE: the method includes employment of hydrotransport, screen, polarizer of horizontal type, horizontal clarifier, thickening pulp collector, filtering centrifuge, and such operations as supply of pulp from face onto screen where large lumps of coal are dewatered. Undersize pulp of screen is divided into two flows - one containing large coal fractions is directed to horizontal clarifier for formation of filter, and water with coal sludge, to horizontal polarizer, and then, to water- separating collector of clarifier. In clarifier water is filtered with opposite charges of coal of renewed filter and fine particles contained in sludge water and underwent treatment in polarizer. Filtering layer in clarifier is renewed by removal of coal from upper part of filter in form of thickened pulp which is supplied to under the level of liquid into thickening pulp collector. In pulp collector, coming pulp due to deep introduction and gravitation is separated into solid sediment and clarified water. Clarified water from clarifier and overflow of thickening pulp collector are directed to contact water collector, and water from bottom part of water collector is supplied to breakage faces of continuous miners, and overflow of contact water collector enters the second water collector, from which it is fed to hydraulic giant face. From thickening pulp collector, thickened pulp with concentration of 50-60% is supplied to filtering centrifuge. Dewatered coal from centrifuge is loaded for transportation, and fugate of centrifuge is directed to polarizer and then, to clarifier together with sludge water. EFFECT: higher quality of clarified water in mine without use of chemical reagents, dewatered coal in underground conditions, considerable simplification of process procedure and design of apparatus.
