The device comprises a DC/DC converter(12) for obtaining an electric source of +12V using a single source of +5V, a ring generator(13) for generating a ring signal by using +12V source, a hook detecting/sudden change circuit for detecting a hook on/off of analogy terminal, and a CPU(15) for supplying a ring signal or determinating a path of acoustic signal and ring signal.
