INITIAL SOUND CONSONANT/FINAL CONSONANT DETACHING METHOD FROM LOW LOCATED VOWEL

摘要

The method is for realizing the accurate hangul character recognition by detaching an initial sound consonant and a final consonant which are connected to a low-located vowel sound. The method is to increase the recognition rate and to simplify the recognition process and to perform the accurate recognition by detaching the initial sound consonant and the final consonant connected to the low-located vowel by comparing the shape code of a character element.
