There is disclosed an arrangement of securing elements (14) for regulating tension forces in the element (14), where the securing element (14) comprises a number of separate part-elements (16, 18) extending substantially mutually in parallel, and a tension-regulating body is arranged between the part-elements (16, 18) so that the part-elements surround the body, such as forming a substantially oval form about the body (24), whereby the body counteracts movement of the part-elements (16, 18) towards each other during the effects of tension in the element (14). The arrangement is characterised in that the tension-regulating body comprises a solid block (24) of a partially elastic material, that the block (24) comprises mutually distinct bores (20, 22), and that the part-elements (16, 18) are arranged extending each through its respective bore (20, 22). The arrangement is especially suited for securing freight to loading areas on vehicles and decks of vessels.
