A device for hygienic treatment and sanitary massage of the reflexogenic zones includes a handle (1) on the ends of which is mounted a pair of excitation members (2, 3). One of those members (3) is used for cleaning the tongue and for the preparatory and final steps of the massage, while the second one (2), which is used for the massage and allows for the particular structure of the tongue, comprises projections (5) having substantially the same height as the taste buds of the tongue. Both members (2, 3) include hemispherical working parts (4) extending away and at an obtuse angle from the axis of the handle (1). The excitation members (2, 3) are removably mounted. One of them contains permanent magnets and the other is used for massaging the gums while surrounding the dental necks.
