a segment accumulator(11) separating the data corresponding to the segment Sync signal from a composite baseband data signal; a quantizer(12) outputting the level values corresponding to plural fixed symbols of the segment Sync signal by comparing the output signal of the segment accumulator(11) with a critical value; and a segment Sync signal pattern detector(13) obtaining the phase information of each segment and outputting each segment phase pulse by detecting the patterns of the segment Sync signal from the level values outputted from the quantizer(12).
