摘要 The measurement involves a measuring object (6) which contains the outer thread to be measured, which is received on a slider (1) of the measuring device which can be adjusted in three coordinate directions. The measuring object is sampled by a probe (12) arranged on the measurement barrel (8) of the device. The measuring object is aligned by rotating and moving the slider and touching the measuring object with the probe such that the thread to be measured and the measuring or measurement barrel axis lie in the same measurement plane, orthogonal to each other. A first touching value is generated. The slider with the object on it, is moved in a direction perpendicular to the measurement direction. The slider is then stopped in the measurement direction. The probe is then inserted into a threaded hole until the first value appears again and the threaded hole is marked. The probe is then removed from the barrel, to which a flat measuring attachment is arranged, and the height of the plane of the measuring object is registered. The object is removed from the test area by moving the slider along the z-axis. The attachment touches that of a counter barrel and a first measurement value is registered. The barrel is guided back and the object is set in height and the lock on the slider is released. Measuring wires are inserted in the threaded hole and a counter threaded hole and a second measurement value is registered. A third measurement value is generated by touching a wire with neighbouring threaded holes. The edge diameter and the taper angle are calculated from the measurement values and an analyser.
