FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: gear has planet gear 7 with toothing 8 connected with inlet 2a and planet wheel 9. Free wheel 16 prevents the wheel 9 against rotation. Carrier 13 is coupled with output shaft 2ab. Toothing 8 and carrier 13 may be interconnected through clutch 18a by way of squeezing central inertial weights 29 for a direct transmission. When the clutch is disconnected under the action of the inertia weights in opposite directions, planet gear 9 is locked by way of free or idle wheel 16 and the transmission operate as a reduction gear. The planet gear is made up as an oil pump that delivers oil through passageways and stack of disks 19,22 of the coupling. When the clutch is squeezed under the action of centrifugal inertia weights the delivery line is shut off and gear engagement between the gear wheels that define an oil pump tends to be eliminated.
