FIELD: medicine; methods for measuring physical parameters of biological tissues. SUBSTANCE: method involves eye irradiation with coherent pulses of infrared electromagnetic waves; recording variable intensity of pulse spatial temporal signal reflected by cornea of eye, and comparing between observed value and that of variable intensity of spatial temporal signal reflected by reference eye. EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy; simplified maintenance; higher economic efficiency and facilitated handling.
