FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: producer of antibiotic kanamycin Str. kamyceticus is grown on nutrient medium containing, weight corn flour 5.5-12; soybean meal 2.0-2.5; corn extract 0.3-0.6; animal fat 1.17-2; chalk 0.5-0.7; zinc sulfate 0.009; iron sulfate 0.005-0.006, and propinol "Б" 400. Water or corn flour hydrolysate is added after 30-40 hr growth at viscosity value 40 x 10Pa x s. The second and third additions were added to control viscosity value at the range (60-100) x 10Pa x s. Volume of addition is 8-12% of loading medium volume. Kanamycin concentration after 100 hr in cultural fluid is 3858 mcg/ml, volume of cultural fluid is 40 m, yield is 154.1 kg. EFFECT: increased yield of kanamycin. |
