FIELD: laser treatment of materials; applicable in decorative treatment of materials for production on them of ornaments, mosaic in aircraft and ship building, furniture industry, construction, mechanical engineering and manufacture of musical instruments. SUBSTANCE: picture contour is applied by program-controlled focused laser radiation beam, with cut width and depth being within the ranges: b ≥ 0.05 mm; h > 0.05 mm, where b is width of picture contour cut, and h is cut depth depending on the material thickness. EFFECT: provision of ornament of mosaic type on material with improved quality of picture due to constant values of cut width and depth and increased productivity due to reduced time of material treatment. |
