FIELD: mining industry; fighting of underground fires. SUBSTANCE: volume of above-surface layer of air is isolated from ambient atmosphere before measurement, for instance, by installation of corresponding vessel. Gas pressure in vessel before measurement is decreased by pumping unit or by expansion of vessel volume, and edges of vessel opening are sunk into ground. EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced time and expenditures for detection and location of underground fire seats, decreased harm and higher safety of mining operations. 16 cl |
