METHOD OF ACOUSTIC REVELATION OF FIXATION OF VOCAL FOLD

FIELD: medicine, intended for early revelation of malignant tumors of larynx. SUBSTANCE: the method of acoustic revelation of fixation of the vocal fold consists in phoning of vowel sounds by the test subject with a subsequent spectrum analysis of them. The spectrum analysis comes to determination of the difference between the frequencies of the voice fundamental tone for each vowel phoneme reproduced by the test subject. The acoustic signal to be processed is passed through band-pass filters with a bandwidth not exceeding 1%. In case of a malignant tumor of larynx this difference will considerably differ from specified norms. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
