The teat (10) has a mouthpiece (12) which has an opening in it which accepts the retaining body of the suction piece (18). The mouth piece has two side pieces (20,22) joined to it which can be swung away from a first position in which they are vertical to the axis (24) of the teat to a second position where they are parallel to this axis. The side pieces hinge about two separate points which are grooves (40,42), set in them. A ring (8) is provided connected to the mouthpiece and which can hinge about it. The suction piece is held fast against the mouthpiece by its connection method which is two projections from the mouthpiece locating in holes in the suction piece. |
