The bicycle frame has at least one sleeve (10) fixed to the frame near the upper section of the seat or steerer tubes (3,4). Pref. the sleeve is fixed at any inclination between horizontal and vertical. The sleeve may be brazed, welded or glued to a metal frame or laminated in a fibre-reinforced plastics frame. There are two parallel sleeves arranged symmetrically to the left and right of the seat or steerer tube.
