FIELD: railway building. SUBSTANCE: device for attaching rails uses springy member (5) of synthetic material. Fastening bolt (3) comes through rail foot (1) and support on sole plate (6). Springy member is made in the form of springy plate with ledge (26) on bottom side expending down and holding down the rail foot. Springy plate should be made of thermoplastic polyurethane. Due to different thickness of different portions of the springy plate, changeable spring movement and holding down forces of rail foot about reaction forces on sole plate may be established. Using the ledge combined with other installation members on sole plate, if needed, stopping against rotation and side displacement of the holding structure is achieved concurrently.
