FIELD: medical equipment, can be used for fixation and dosed translocation of vertebral and their fragments at treatment of patients with injuries and diseases of the vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has supports made in the form of a pair of rigidly joined plates with holes and slots, that are installed in the same plane, fixatives of vertebral connected to each plate of the support and furnished with a bearing platform on the working end with holes, in which wood screws with a ground head are installed; the supports are interconnected by threaded guides. EFFECT: uniform transmission of compression and distraction forces simultaneously to the anterior and posterior areas of the vertebral column. |
