发明名称 METHOD TO CONTROL CONDITIONS OF CONCRETE AND REINFORCED CONCRETE HEAT-HUMID TREATMENT IN TREATMENT CHAMBER
摘要 FIELD: building materials production, moulded concrete and reinforced concrete pieces heat-humid treatment. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase reliability of heat-humid treatment conditions control and quality of concrete and reinforced concrete pieces , to decrease electrical power consumption during production of the pieces. Method provides for control of chamber atmosphere surplus pressure. Adjustment of concrete and reinforced concrete pieces amount of humid is exercised by control of chamber atmosphere heating by autonomous heat sources and by adjustment of water amount in chamber atmosphere and adjustment of its given quality of spraying by water feeding to spraying devices switching on/off. In the case whole process of heat-humid treatment conditions control is series of successively fulfilled one after another periods: period of pieces inductive holding, periods of purely heat and heat-humid treatment and period of pieces holding in inner volume of treatment chamber. Given amount of water spraying in chamber volume is provided by stabilization of given values of temperature and pressure of water in feeding pipeline and by arrangement of shutting of water spraying torches by barriers, on which large drops are flying, run down and removed through discharge holes of barriers. Besides, chamber atmosphere surplus pressure is stabilized by adjustment of air consumption delivered in the chamber. Both in case of usage of chamber atmosphere surplus pressure stabilization by adjustment of air consumption delivered in the chamber and without the stabilization, they control value of electrical potential of controlled source of stabilized voltage, applied to metal parts of platforms or formworks, on which moulded concrete or reinforce pieces are located or fixed to. As a version they exercise control by one or several adjustable sources of stabilized voltage using difference of electrical potentials, that is created between metal parts of platforms or formworks and special electrodes being metal plates or metal parts of treatment chamber. In the case both metal parts of platforms or formworks and metal plates of special electrode are electrically insulated one from another and from body grounding of treatment chamber. EFFECT: increased reliability of heat-humid treatment conditions control and quality of concrete and reinforced concrete pieces, decreased electrical power consumption in production of the pieces. 4 cl, 9 dwg
