FIELD: manufacture of optical instruments; applicable in adjustment of quality of image of optical systems having regulated optical member with five degrees of freedom, for instance, telescopes, in the process of optical system operation. SUBSTANCE: photoelectronic device for adjustment of optical system has successively installed field diaphragm located in focal plane of adjusted optical system, field lens, objective lens, deflecting optical mirror, multielement image receiver and a system of processing of image receiver photoelectric signals. Deflecting optical member is made in form of regular rectangular pyramid whose top is located on the optical axis in plane of presentation of exit pupil of adjusted optical system. Deflecting optical member of the offered design divides the pupil into four similar zones, forming four separated from one another images of field diaphragm and object on multielement image receiver. This allows measurement of mutual displacements of four images of object by two coordinates that provides for determination of values of defocusing, coma and astigmatism. The offered photoelectronic device is compact, simple in manufacture and possesses sufficient measurement accuracy and high reliability. EFFECT: higher information content due to provision of evaluation of five parameters of quality of image of optical system, namely, defocusing, coma by two axes and astigmatism by two axes. |
