FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: drain chute (nose) S is attached to wall C of article, for instance, carton. For this purpose rod B of drain chute is driven in longitudinal direction through preliminarily made hole H in article to thrust against inclined end face of expanding tool so that part of rod is bent outwards in cross direction getting to path of striker movement. Forming striker is moved to bend transverse outer section of bent portion to wall of article, leaving longitudinal clearance between transverse inner section of bent part and wall. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. |
