The apparatus is designed to input various profiles of a criminal in a criminal method register at once using a scanner and a camera. The apparatus includes : a scanner (1) for reading and inputting serial number and criminal description; twelve black and white cameras (3, 4) for inputting related place, signature and fingerprint; three color cameras (5) for inputting photo attached to a criminal method register; a scanner controller (SCSI-CONTROLLER); the first and the second image grabbers; an overlay board for processing input data from the color cameras (5); an image compression board; and a system control part for collecting and retrieving input data.
