The circuit is for eliminating the tail noise in the laser distance measuring apparatus. The circuit comprises: a signal detecting device(11) for detecting laser reflection signal; a signal amplifying device(12) for amplifying the detected reflection signal; a signal processing device(13) for converting the amplified signal into impulse signal; a noise eliminating threshold voltage generator(30) for generating threshold voltage; a comparator(31) for removing the differentiated wave corresponding to the downward edge of the detected signal wave and generating the differentiated wave corresponding to the upward edge as a termination triggering signal of a clock counter; a counter(15) for counting the distance.
