SUBSTANCE: having disconnected rods of brake shoe parallelogram suspension, shoes can be moved off the disk by turning calliper mechanism on corresponding axle of joint in direction of inspection pit. Joint with two degrees of freedom is used in mechanism. There is no necessity to disconnect electric and pneumatic lines, and disconnection and connection of rods do not require special tools. EFFECT: simplified servicing of brakes of high-speed rail vehicles by provision of inspection of brake shoe linings without removal of brake from bogie frame. 2 cl, 1 dwg
