FIELD: strain gauge balances. SUBSTANCE: transducer uses a vertical strain-gauging unit having two force arms in the form of angle pieces with coupled parallel vertical and horizontal flanges, three parallel flexible small beams, resistance strain gauges and force arm vertical limit stops; the force arm vertical flanges are interconnected by the above flexible small beams with formation of a parallelogram suspension; the middle flexible small beam is secured in the grooves made in the vertical flanges of the force arms; the resistance strain gauges are formed on the middle flexible small beam; the horizontal flanges of the force arms are made with an overlap of the vertical limit stops are positioned on the ends of the vertical flanges and on the surfaces of the horizontal flanges located opposite them with a guaranteed gap in each pair of the above limit stops. The novelty is that the transducer is furnished with an additional strain-gauging unit identical to the main strain-gauging unit; both strain-gauging units are positioned in the same vertical plane, installed in an anticonsecutive order relative to each other and interconnected by adjacent horizontal flanges of the force arms. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of weighing. |
