The air and light slits are annular and coaxial with the axis of the housing (2) of the lamp. They are defined by flat annular ridges (6). The housing has at least one outlet window (3) over which the flat equidistant annular ridges lead. The housing has two diametrically opposite outlet windows separated by vertical arms (4,5) to which the annular ridges are moulded.
