FIELD: shipbuilding, manufacture of fans, wind-power engineering, aviation. SUBSTANCE: propeller consists of two parallel shafts on which blades are secured. Blades are made in form of closed one-sided blades of Moebius band type. Blades secured on second shaft is mirror image of blade secured on first shaft. Axes of shafts lie in planes of respective blades. Planes of blades are perpendicular to each other. Development of blade has form of element which consists of arcs located one after another with their convexities directed to opposite sides.
