FIELD: adhesives. SUBSTANCE: polyvinylacetate-based adhesives are improved through using as plasticizer a linear macromolecular compound having functional amide, carboxyl, and nitril groups, and active double bonds CH= CH. Under specified temperature conditions, pH value, and mixing time, plasticizer is being bound with polyvinylacetate by active double bonds in presence of sodium peroxydisulfate as initiator. Modified adhesive exhibits good cold resistance and excellent resistance of joint to cutting off. EFFECT: improved adhesive ability enabling adhesive to be successfully used in wood processing industry. |
