The blade comprises a scraper (10) having an upper end connected to a longitudinal wiper blade. The upper end is pivoted about a longitudinal axis (L) relative to a component (14,16) of the scraper support structure. The upper end face (28) has two longitudinal spaced housings with a cylindrical concave groove section (38). Each housing receives an end portion of complementary convex shape (12) in the scraper support structure component (14). The longitudinal groove extends in a median vertical plane of the scraper. The upper longitudinal end and the wiper blade are both made by moulding an elastomer material and the upper end has a longitudinal reinforcing element (34).
