The envelope (1) for internal postal delivery, has a longitudinal double folded rim (2) providing top panel (3) and bottom panel (4) which overlap each other, enabling storage not only of letters and brochures but also electronic accessories e.g. C Rom's etc. Flap (6) is permanently attached to top panel (3) and is via transverse fold line (5) integral with bottom panel (4). The opposite transverse rim (7) includes a standard closure flap (8) which has an opening closed by an adhesive strip. Metal rod (15) is inserted between top strip (12) and bottom strip (14). Label (16) is attached for identification of the envelope.
