<p>A golf aid (10) comprises flexible panels (11, 12, 13) slidably mounted on support rods (14). The panels (11, 12, 13) are movable by sliding to define a ball striking area (23) therebetween. The flexible panels (11, 12, 13) have markings thereon in the form of contrasting coloured blocks (16). In use, the aid (10) is disposed on a ground surface and a golf shot played by striking a ball off the ground surface accessible via the ball striking area (23) of the aid. The markings (16) and panels (11, 12, 13) assist a golfer in the execution of shot handling, for example by determining a correct stance alignment, club head alignment, swing path and ball position.</p> |
